We produced a series of HTML5 games for a highly successful NFT and crypto art creator. One of these games is the Million Man Climb, a climbing challenge game.

The Million Man Climb game was promoted on the client’s website, as well as on their social media.

Our objectives are to:

  • entertain fans to promote the client’s NFT projects
  • help drive traffic into the client’s gallery in Opensea
  • create a channel using an HTML5 game to reward followers with NFT giveaways

Developing NFT Marketing Games

Here are some of the highlights of our game development:

Game Changes:

  • Reskinned the gorilla character into the client’s lion mascot image
  • Changed the theme from a night skyline to MillionMan design
  • Transformed the banners into beautiful neon signs featuring the MILLIONS logo
  • Added a registration and leaderboard system to the game

Gameplay

In this promotional NFT game, the player must climb the building and jump on walls to avoid hitting obstacles.

The game also has a power-up system, where the player gains a temporary shield and additional points by collecting gold coins.

The game ends when the player hits an obstacle without any shield. Scores are calculated based on how far the player has climbed. Then, the scores are submitted to our MarketJS cloud leaderboard server.

Viewer Journey

Brief viewer journey steps

  1. The casual viewer sees the social media post about the game
  2. The viewer types the client’s gaming website URL
  3. Enters the website, where the Million Man Climb is promoted as one of the website’s top slides
  4. Clicks the game’s slide and the game starts immediately
  5. After the game, the viewer downloads the PNG file to prove their scores
  6. The player sends the PNG file along with their name, email, and MetaMask address via an entry form on the website

Rewarding Players

To receive a free NFT reward, the player must reach 2000 points.

The player can also compete on the weekly leaderboard, where the top player earns bigger rewards. The leaderboard resets at the end of each week.

Rewards are directly sent to the player’s MetaMask wallet.
