How do I generate leads with this game?

There are a few solutions. Common methods that we deploy for our clients, include

  • Adding a "Sign up to play" form pops up at the beginning of the experience
  • Adding a "Enter your email address to win the prize" form, at the end of the experience.
  • Adding a QR code at the end of the game, which redirects to your own landing page

Depending on what data you wish to collect, we can change the leadgen form fields to collect information such as name, email, phone numbers and occupation. It can also be a mini survey format.

The data collected will be GDPR-compliant and only with the permission of the user. If necessary, we will also prepare a GDPR compliant checkbox, privacy policy, and terms and conditions for the campaign.

All collected data will be available for access via our backend CMS. The data can also be exported into formats such as Excel. If you need to retrieve the data automatically, we can provide an API endpoint for your team.

If you need us to submit data directly to your own CRM systems (eg: Responsys, Eloqua, Mailchimp, Constant Contact), we can do it as well.

What kind of rewards can I give away?

Rewards are purely optional. It depends on what you can afford to give away. For online deployments, some clients give out QR codes, coupons or gift codes to increase consumer loyalty. These codes are surfaced towards the end of the game, after the trivia game ends. The user can choose to screencap the codes on their phone, and keep it for future use. In other cases, we can automatically send an email or text message to the user, containing the codes.

For on-site activations, our clients typically give away physical gifts such as keychains and company merchandise. In such events, the Scratch and Win game is typically played on a large interactive screen or kiosk tablet. After that, the usher or brand representative awards the prize to the user.

Note, that rewards are an optional feature. Not all games have to give out rewards.

If the game is deep and repetitive enough, it makes sense to add a leaderboard as part of a competition. We have a cloud based leaderboard solution, that we can implement into every game.

Rank users based on their high score achievement. Top scores can be sorted by all-time, weekly or daily. There's also the ability to reset the leaderboard at pre-determined times.

The data collected will be available via our backend CMS. Clients get access to view and export the data into Excel format as well.

Yes. We provide analytics and a dashboard to easily keep track of your leads, players and rewards.

We provide a CMS backend which allows you to login, view the data and export into different formats such as Excel.

Can the game be integrated with 3rd party systems?

On which platforms can I deploy the game?

The game can be deployed within any website, intranet system, offline system, or packaged as a native Android APK or iOS build.

Our HTML5 technology allows the game to be easily ported for any target platform you need.

Can the game work offline?

Yes. For offline environments such as events or exhibitions without internet access, we can prepare a special offline version to be pre-installed as Android APK or iOS native app.

In this case, the leads collected shall be stored locally in the device. The game shall run as usual, without requiring any internet access.

To extract the data, it can be exported into Excel, or synced to a cloud server once the device is connected to the Internet.

We typically charge a simple licensing fee, depending on several factors such as business goal, scope of the customizations, scope of the rewards, duration of campaign, number of devices/users, etc.

2) Do you sell the source code of the game?

We typically do not sell raw source code. We are a solutions-based company. Hence, we shall package the finished solution for you, in order to solve your business objective. You can then deploy the finished product within your own systems.

In some cases, where further development is needed on your side, we can discuss a source code licensing arrangement.

3) Is the collected data GDPR compliant?

Yes.
