What is a contactless digital signage game?

Traditionally, consumers are required to touch the screens of digital signage to interact with them. Due to covid and social distancing, consumers are reluctant to touch digital signage screens, especially in public spaces.

Hence, we developed a contactless system, where the consumer does not need to physically touch the digital signage. Instead, the consumer touches his or her own phone, which subsequently, controls the digital signage.

All the above is done wirelessly and at a safe distance.

Our contactless games are delivered via the cloud. All your on-site person needs to do, is to load a simple game link via the browser of the digital signage.

Alternatively, we can prepare an iOS and Android app to pre-install into your digital signage.

Once the game is up and running, there is no maintenance required. Please note, that the digital signage needs to be connected to the Internet.

Collect Leads With Contactless Digital Signage Games

Can I generate leads with a contactless game?

We can add a "Sign up" form at the beginning of the experience. This will appear on the consumer's phone.

Depending on what data you wish to collect, we can change the leadgen form fields to collect information such as name, email, phone numbers and occupation. It can also be structured into a mini survey format.

The data collected will be GDPR-compliant and only with the permission of the user. If necessary, we will also prepare a GDPR compliant checkbox, privacy policy, and terms and conditions for the campaign.

All collected data will be available for access via our backend CMS. The data can also be exported into formats such as Excel. If you need to retrieve the data automatically, we can provide an API endpoint for your team.

If you need us to submit data directly to your own CRM systems (eg: Responsys, Eloqua, Mailchimp, Constant Contact), we can do it as well.

Can I offer rewards to the consumers?

Yes. We can integrate coupon codes, voucher images and other forms of digital rewards. Rewards can be sent automatically to the consumer's email address.

For on-site activations, our clients typically give away physical gifts such as keychains and company merchandise. After the game is over, the usher or brand representative awards the prize to the user.

We provide a CMS backend which allows you to login, view the data and export into different formats such as Excel.

Can the game be integrated with 3rd party systems?

Yes. We have done integrations with many 3rd party systems as well as custom systems of our corporate clients. Examples include:

  • Submitting leadgen data into systems such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Salesforce, Google Drive, and other CRM systems.

On which platforms can I deploy the game?

The game can be deployed as a website link, that your team loads within your digital signage. We can also repackage it as a native Android APK or iOS build for your tablets or digital signages.

Our HTML5 technology allows the game to be easily ported for any target platform you need.

Can you add coupon codes, QR codes, or barcodes into the game?

Yes. We can integrate special codes into the game to reward users. These can be coupon codes, vouchers, QR codes or barcodes of any standard format.

Rewards can be displayed in the following conditions:

  • after the user wins.
  • as part of certain milestones achieved.
  • random coupon placements, as part of an Easter egg type hunt.
  • at the start of the game experience, as an initial reward for encouragement.
  • emailed to the user at the end of the game experience.

We typically charge a simple licensing fee, depending on several factors such as business goal, scope of the customizations, scope of the rewards, duration of campaign, number of devices/users, etc.

2) Do you sell the source code of the game?

We typically do not sell raw source code. We are a solutions-based company. Hence, we shall package the finished solution for you, in order to solve your business objective. You can then deploy the game link within your own systems.

In some cases, where further development is needed on your side, we can discuss a source code licensing arrangement at a premium rate.

3) Is the collected data GDPR compliant?

Yes.
