Who needs games?

The solution

MarketJS sells premium games that work on modern smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktops. That covers the entire consumer devices market. Now, you can buy complete games, then upload them to your website/mobile portal. If monetization is your goal, you can place a few ads around strategic points, and make some money!

How does it work?

MarketJS allows anyone to buy distribution licenses to HTML5 games. You buy the compiled game files, plus the rights to host the games. You monetize the games by placing ads within it, charging your users, etc. Please read "How should I structure my business model" below.

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?

Yes. We offer discounts for purchases above 10 games. Please use our contact form, or email [email protected]

What happens after a successful purchase?

You will have access to a dashboard, where you can insert your own ad codes and customizations. We shall then generate a customized version of the game for you.

Simply download the game code, and upload to your server.

Or, you can simply download a raw build of the game, with no customizations. We cater to everyone.

How should I structure my business model?

We noticed a few strategies that our customers use to monetize: pay-to-play portals, free-to-play portals supported by ads, and so on.

For a pay-to-play model, it depends on how much you charge users. Some of our clients charge a monthly subscription (Eg: 4.99 USD per month) for access, while others charge a one-time fee.

For an ad-based business, it really depends on how much traffic your website has.

Simple math: let's say your portal has 1 million active monthly users (MAU). Assume everyone plays your game. Your ad network has a CPM of 5 USD. You make about 1 million / 1000*5 = 5,000 USD/month, from 1 game alone.

When you purchase a HTML5 web game, you can upload it to your server, where it can sit forever. In the long run, you make a lot more money.

Which ad networks do you support?

All the popular ones - Google Adsense, Leadbolt, Greystripe, Exoclick, and more. Upon successful purchase, our enterprise system allows you to easily insert ad codes in strategic locations within the game. These include pre-roll, header, footer and ending ads.

What about quality checks?

Each game undergoes multiple real device testing by our internal QA team. Test results are publicly available, attached to each item.

I wish to reskin the game, with different artwork. Is this possible?

Our team can reskin the game for you, for an additional fee. Please read our game reskin section, for an in-depth explanation.

Can I host the game on multiple domains?

Each standard HTML5 Game License purchased will allow the code to work on 1 domain only (eg: mysite.com).

If you would to host your game on multiple domains, please use our contact form, or email [email protected]com. We can prepare a custom, multiple-domain license for you.

I don't have a website to display the games. Can you build one for me?

No worries, we can help. Our White Label Solution provides you with the website (portal), the games, hosting, tech support, new content, and more. With this, you can be hands-off and we do all the work for you.

I'm planning to distribute your games to non-web properties (i.e airplanes, hotels, taxis, etc).

No worries, we support this too! The beauty of HTML5 is that it can adapt to any medium you wish. Please visit our Integrated Hardware Solutions section and tell us how you plan to distribute the games. We'll prepare a custom license for you.

Instead of buying the game licenses, can we do revenue share with MarketJS?

Unfortunately, no. That is not our policy.

Who am I doing business with?

You are doing business with MarketJS only. All games are produced internally by our own team.

Who owns the Intellectual Property (IP) rights to the game?

MarketJS owns the IP rights. The buyer (you) acquires the distribution rights (license) to the game.

Can I include my company branding and logo?

Absolutely. Upon a successful purchase, our team can assist you with adding your own splash screen and logos.

Can I modify the source code of the game?

You cannot modify the source code of the game. You are buying a compiled game (finished product). We're happy to modify the game for you as part of our Reskin or Custom Development services.

Can I resell the source code to others?

Unfortunately, that is not allowed. In no way, shape or form can the source code be resold to a 3rd party. However, you can build commercial services around the game, such as a pay-to-play portal, placing ads within the game, and more.
