Gameplay: Classic top-down racing game, players have an elevated viewpoint above the racer

New Branded Game: Idemitsu’s Fast Lane Racing

Solution: microsite plus minor game reskinning

User Journey

The client’s marketing campaign targets Facebook users for its lead generation strategies. So, the viewer follows this User Journey.

  1. Sees the client’s ad on Facebook
  2. Goes to the client’s FB page and learns about the racing game and the leaderboard competition
  3. Clicks the link to the game’s landing page
  4. Registers via Facebook account
  5. Plays the game and aims to top the leaderboard
  6. Waits for the contest round to end
  7. Checks for the announcement of winners

The campaign ran for several months with 3 contest rounds. Each round rewards the top 3 players with the 3rd round as the grand prize contest.
