HTML5 Games To Boost Sales Team Camaraderie

We custom-built a HTML5 game to boost camaraderie for a team of 300+ sales associates. We fully transformed our existing running game into an elaborate group quiz game.

The game was released during a sales conference of an electronics retail brand in Europe.

Our objectives were:

  • Utilize the client’s questions and answers (Q&A) to promote the electronic brand
  • Add new graphic elements to feature the brand
  • Add new mechanics to transform a running game into a quiz game

Custom Development Services

We developed the game using our endless runner game engine.

Original game: Escape from Aztec

Development Type: custom development

New Game: Right First Time

Game Changes

  • Made minor graphic changes to the character
  • Added categories for questions, can be selected at the start of the game
  • Replaced running game mechanics with a Q&A system (trivia game), all questions are product knowledge-related
  • Added new audio for correct and wrong answers
  • New animation for correct answers

Here’s a demo video of the game.

How the New Game Was Played

Right First Time was played as a group quiz at a conference in Europe.

Contest Structure

  • Participants are divided into 4 groups
  • Each group was assigned a game category
  • Each group appoints a leader to facilitate decision-making

Answer Selection Process

  • The leader gathers answers from the group
  • The group collectively decides on an answer option
  • Leader vocalizes the chosen direction (e.g., “Let’s go to the left”)
  • IT personnel executes the chosen direction on the laptop (e.g., clicks ’left')

  • Correct answers earn a point for the group
  • The group with the highest points wins the contest

  • Winning group receives prizes
