Green Monday is a social enterprise group that promotes green, healthy and sustainable living. Over 1,000 restaurants, hotels and caterers have joined Green Monday movement, leading a new trend of green and healthy dining. The group is best known for getting local celebrities to endorse green living.
For our part, we we contracted to created a shopping themed game to help educate the general public on making pro-green shopping choices.
The game mechanic challenges the user to think of foods containing low carbon footprint (CO2 emissions). Assuming the role of the green shopper, the user must pick the correct foods from the supermarket shelves. Correct choices will be rewarded with points.

We added a competitive mechanic into the game, via form of a leaderboard. This spurned thousands of players who logged in via Facebook, to be the 'most green shopper' in the game.
The game managed to make the headlines local new agencies, and inspired thousands of Facebook likes.
