Each standard HTML5 Game License purchased will allow the code to work on 1 domain only (eg: mysite.com). However, you can host on unlimited subdomains within that domain. Eg: (game.mysite.com, mobi.mysite.com, etc)
If you have multiple web properties across multiple domains, worry not! Thanks to the wonder of CDNs (Content Delivery Networks), you can place all your game code on just 1 server (domain). That way, any new code updates can be done just once, and be easily linked from your other domains.

Developers need to be compensated upfront for their hard work. They've spent months polishing the game, which translates to thousands of dollars in development costs. All they are asking is a small amount in return.
You are doing business with MarketJS only. This avoids any troubles communicating with 3rd party developers.
MarketJS owns the IP rights. The buyer (you) acquires the distribution rights (license) to the game.
Absolutely. Upon a successful purchase, our team can assist you with adding your own splash screen and logos.
Unfortunately, that is not allowed. In no way, shape or form can the source code be resold to a 3rd party. However, you can build commercial services around the game, such as a pay-to-play portal, placing ads within the game, and more.
