MarketJS is a B2B marketplace for buying and selling HTML5 game licenses.
Over 1000 HTML5 games up for licensing, created by over 2000 developers.
License HTML5 games instantly, customize, and deploy to your own server.
Our games are 100% compatible with mobile web and desktop devices.
Scenario #1: You operate an entertainment portal, and require fresh new content for your users. Where do you go, to get fresh content on a regular basis?
Scenario #2: You are a carrier network, with your own branded app store. You'd like to populate them with quality games.
Scenario #3: You operate a giant Flash games portal, but Flash games don't work on the mobile browser. You need content that works on both desktop and mobile devices.
Scenario #4: You own a very popular native app with millions of downloads, but you want to host mini-games within the app to increase retention.
Scenario #5: You have an existing mobile portal, but all it does is redirect to the App Store, or Google Play store. Eventually, everyone leaves your portal because they find nothing interesting.
MarketJS sells premium games that work on modern smartphones AND the desktop. That covers 99.99% of the consumer devices market. Now, you can buy complete games, then upload them to your website/mobile portal. If monetization is your goal, you can place a few ads around strategic points, and make some money!
MarketJS allows anyone to buy distribution licenses to HTML5 games. You buy the compiled game code, plus the rights to host the games. You monetize the games by placing ads within it, charging your users, etc. Please read "How should I structure my business model" below.
You will have access to a dashboard, where you can insert your own ad codes and customizations.
We shall then generate a customized version of the game for you.
Simply download the game code, and upload to your server.
Or, you can simply download a raw build of the game, with no customizations. We cater to everyone.
We noticed a few strategies that our customers use to monetize: pay-to-play portals, free-to-play portals supported by ads, and so on.
For a pay-to-play model, it depends on how much you charge users. Some of our clients charge a monthly subscription (Eg: 4.99 USD per month) for access, while others charge a one-time fee.
For an ad-based business, it really depends on how much traffic your website has.
Simple math: let's say your portal has 1 million active monthly users (MAU). Assume everyone plays your game. Your ad network has a CPM of 5 USD. You make about 1 million / 1000*5 = 5,000 USD/month, from 1 game alone.
When you purchase a game, you can upload it to your server, where it can sit forever. In the long run, you make a lot more money.
All the popular ones - Google Adsense, Leadbolt, Greystripe, Exoclick, and more. Please contact us if you're unsure.
Each game undergoes multiple real device testing by our internal QA team. Test results are publicly available, attached to each item.
Unfortunately, that is not allowed. Every HTML5 Game License purchased will allow the code to work on 1 domain only (eg: mysite.com). However, you can host on unlimited subdomains within that domain. Eg: (game.mysite.com, mobi.mysite.com, etc)
If you have multiple web properties across multiple domains, worry not! Thanks to the wonder of CDNs (Content Delivery Networks), you can place all your game code on just 1 server (domain). That way, any new code updates can be done just once, and be easily linked from your other domains.

No worries, we support this too! The beauty of HTML5 is that it can adapt to any medium you wish. Please contact email@example.com, and tell us exactly how you plan to distribute the games. We'll prepare a custom license for you.
Unfortunately, no. That is not our policy.
Developers need to be compensated upfront for their hard work. They've spent months polishing the game, which translates to thousands of dollars in development costs. All they are asking is a small amount in return.
You are doing business with MarketJS only. This avoids any troubles communicating with 3rd party developers.
MarketJS owns the IP rights. The buyer (you) acquires the distribution rights (license) to the game.
You cannot modify the source code of the game. You are buying a compiled game (finished product).
Unfortunately, that is not allowed. In no way, shape or form can the source code be resold to a 3rd party. However, you can build commercial services around the game, such as a pay-to-play portal.
You've spent months developing your cool HTML5 game, and want to make some money. Who do you go to? How do you approach buyers? What kind of agreements do you need to sign? ? What about API integrations? Quality checks?
MarketJS handles all the headaches for you. We solve all your distribution problems, and let you focus on developing great games.
All you have to do, is upload your game for verification. Our internal team will evaluate your game's potential, and get back to you with an offer.
It really depends on how good your games are. Look at the gallery, so see how much each game is being sold.
Paypal or wire transfer, on a NET 30 basis. You can include all payment details in your user account.
